Staffing Is Where We Started
Before starting their first business together, Jeff Jefferson and Sean Harrington spent over a decade in the trenches, smiling and dialing, making placements, billing customers, making payrolls, and evaluating vendors. They joined forces to develop timeshEASY, the only software for staffing agencies designed for their specific needs. It includes timesheets, expenses, invoicing (with timesheets automatically attached), commissions, and onboarding. timeshEASY had direct relationships and integrations with staffing-specific ATS vendors. In 2013, timeshEASY was acquired by Bullhorn, and Jeff and Sean immediately began planning their next adventure.
They next tackled one of their staffing customers’ biggest challenges. The payroll vendors of the world wouldn’t allow direct integration. ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, Paylocity, Paycom, Ultipro, and other national providers aren’t built to focus on a niche and don’t typically build integrations with products they don’t sell directly.
Payroll vendors that don’t focus on software solutions for staffing agencies don’t know enough about how staffing firms operate. They don’t understand that their T&E and/or onboarding offerings aren’t applicable to staffing. In 2014, Jeff and Sean decided the staffing industry needed a vendor that allowed seamless integration, more specific reporting, and a better employee self-service experience. Employdrive was born.
Unlike any other payroll and HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions provider, Employdrive is committed to the staffing industry! Because of that focus, our customers don’t think of us as just a software for employment agencies vendor. They consider us trusted advisors.

Appreciation For Our Solutions, Service And Support
isolved is extremely easy to use and is a major upgrade from our old payroll software. Our employees really love the employee self-service, and we get so many fewer calls now from them about check stubs.
The Employdrive team is always there when we need them. We didn’t get great service from our last payroll provider, so we really appreciate how responsive and helpful Employdrive has been.
I’ve been a part of 5 implementations in my 20 years in payroll, and by far, the Employdrive implementation was the best I’ve ever seen. They were with us every step of the way, and since we’ve gone live on the system, the service we get is so far superior to ADP. We feel like their team is a part of our team.
Employdrive has really exceeded our expectations. We were using ADP prior to making the switch, and the level of service now is just night and day. Our back-office folks really love working with Sean, Jeff, and the team, and the fact that they really know staffing is a huge benefit. We’re extremely satisfied with Employdrive and would highly recommend them to any Staffing firm.
Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent work in configuring/ implementing our data and training us on the Employdrive platform! We have had a seamless transition to Employdrive thanks to your efforts!
I just wanted to drop you a note and give you our thoughts on the experience thus far. The entire Employdrive team has been outstanding to work with. We are incredibly pleased with the knowledge, support, and availability of the team working on our account. I’m blown away by the time and attention you and the other members of Employdrive provide in the way of support for all of our requests.
