One of the big challenges that our customers’ faced was that the payroll vendors of the world wouldn’t allow direct integration. ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, Paylocity, Paycom, Ultipro, and other national providers aren’t built to focus on a niche, and don’t typically build integrations with products they don’t sell directly. They also don’t know enough about how staffing firms operated to know that their T&E and/or onboarding offerings aren’t applicable to staffing. We decided that the staffing industry needed a vendor that allowed more seamless integration, more specific reporting, and a better employee self service experience. employdrive was born.
Employdrive has really exceeded our expectations. We were using ADP prior to making the switch, and the level of service now is just night and day. Our back office folks really love working with Sean, Jeff, and the team, and the fact that they really know staffing is a huge benefit.
