Sean, along with Jeff Jefferson helped to found and grow EASY Software, makers of timeshEASY and EASY OnBoard. Sean’s extensive experience with Staffing specific software & service makes him a unique and extremely valued member of the employdrive leadership team. Sean drives successful customer implementations, product innovation, and ongoing customer support for employdrive. He graduated from James Madison University, and was a member of the Cross Country team. Sean is an avid runner and has qualified for and run multiple Boston Marathons.
Kevin joined Employdrive in 2017 with a background in technology and operations. As Director of Client Services at Employdrive, his work experience was a natural fit. Kevin started off implementing new clients for Employdrive and now runs the entire service delivery team from project managers to day-to-day client support services. In addition to delivering high quality services to our clients, he is constantly focused on process improvement and automation. Kevin lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and two children. He loves all things outdoors including kayaking, cycling and beekeeping.
Jenn has an extensive financial background supporting an array of industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and education. Her diverse business experience has honed her problem-solving skills and enabled her to adapt quickly to changing regulatory demands. Her deep understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations assures timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. Jenn is an avid gamer and enjoys traveling with her family. She lives in Salisbury, MD, with her husband and son.
Jeff has been involved in the staffing & recruiting industry since 1998 when he began his career as the 20th employee at Apex Systems. Jeff rapidly moved up the ranks and eventually started his own IT staffing firm in Richmond, VA. In 2009, Jeff and business partner Sean Harrington founded timeshEASY, and in July 2013, they successfully sold their software company to Bullhorn, the global leader in staffing software. Jeff has a deep understanding of the complex issues faced by staffing firm owners and managers and is committed to providing products and services and knowledgeable insight to help customers grow their businesses. Jeff graduated from the University of Richmond, where he was a member of the varsity men’s basketball team, after which he spent time playing professional basketball in Ireland. He lives in Richmond, VA, with his wife, two children, and two yellow labs, Piper and Ebbie.
