Bullhorn Engage Boston 2025 has officially wrapped. Our team is back home—feeling inspired by the conversations, and excited for what’s next in staffing. We are also incredibly grateful for the connections built, and opportunities to grow. Held at the stunning Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, this year’s event brought the staffing industry together once again in full force. Session Highlights
Across the two days, attendees had access to a wealth of enlightening sessions covering all things staffing. Included was AI, Bullhorn product innovation, and everything in between. One of the most exciting announcements came with the rollout of Bullhorn Amplify—a groundbreaking AI solution built exclusively for recruitment. Amplify is designed with the goal of helping firms fill roles more quickly, make smarter hiring decisions, and grow their businesses without adding to their internal teams. In addition to the rollout of Amplify, stages were shared over the course of Engage with other industry leaders offering valuable insights to look into the future of staffing.
Employdrive was thrilled to participate in this year’s Marketplace Speed Pitch. During the session, Bullhorn partners showcased their staffing solutions that help staffing firms drive results. The session, titled “Building a Tech Stack to Power Your People,” featured CRO, Co-Founder, and Engage veteran Jeff Jefferson. Jeff shared how Employdrive’s purpose-built payroll solution helps staffing firms stay accurate, compliant, and forward-moving—ultimately making sure the most important part of the business, your people, are supported.
